Thank you for choosing rumore.in! Here are our complete shipping and delivery terms.

1. Shipping Locations
We deliver to almost all serviceable pin codes across India. You can check availability by entering your pin code at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time
– Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
– Pre-order or custom-made items will show the exact processing time on the product page.

3. Standard Delivery Timelines (after dispatch)

Note: Timelines may extend during peak sales, festivals, or bad weather.

4. Shipping Charges

5. Order Tracking
You’ll receive an email and SMS with the tracking link and courier partner name (Delhivery, Bluedart, Ecom Express, DTDC, or India Post) as soon as your order is dispatched.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
– Available on most pin codes for orders up to ₹15,000.
– COD orders below ₹2,000 carry a ₹149 convenience + shipping fee.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order is not delivered within 12 business days of dispatch, write to us at support@rumore.in. We will either reship the order free of cost or issue a full refund.

8. Non-Deliverable / Returned Orders
If the order is returned (wrong address, customer unavailable, refusal to accept, etc.):
– Refund will be processed after deducting two-way shipping + any COD charges.
– Reshipping (if requested) will be charged as per the current shipping rates.

9. International Shipping
Currently not available. We will launch international shipping soon.
