These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website Rumore.in (the “Site”), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Return Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

Use of the Site

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account Registration: To make a purchase, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Products and Orders

Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, images, prices, and availability. However, we reserve the right to correct errors or update information without notice. Products are subject to availability.

Ordering: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including for pricing errors or suspected fraud. You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including taxes and shipping.

High-End Imported Products and Latest Trends: We specialize in high-end quality imported clothing and the latest fashion trends sourced from trusted wholesalers and importers. All products comply with Indian import regulations and quality standards. Due to international sourcing, slight variations in color, fabric, or fit may occur.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via secure gateways such as Razorpay, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and wallets. All transactions are processed in compliance with the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, RBI Guidelines on Regulation of Payment Aggregators and Payment Gateways (RBI/DPSS/2019-20/174), and PCI DSS standards.

Payment Security: We do not store your full payment instrument details. Tokenization may be used for recurring or saved payments with your explicit consent. You authorize us and our payment partners (e.g., Razorpay) to process your payments and charge your chosen method.

Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for applicable GST and other taxes. Payment gateway fees are non-refundable, even for cancelled or refunded transactions.

Currency and International Orders: All transactions are in INR. International orders may incur additional duties/taxes, which you agree to pay.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy: We ship across India via reliable partners. Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days; express options are available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays due to carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

International Shipping: For imported products, delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, subject to availability.

Returns: Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for quality issues or size mismatches. Items must be unused, in original packaging.

Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Refunds are at our discretion and subject to inspection. No refunds for final sale items or custom orders.

Chargebacks: You agree to resolve disputes directly with us. If a chargeback is initiated, you must provide supporting documents within 3 days. You are liable for any chargeback fees.

Defective Products: We will replace or refund defective items at no extra cost.

Intellectual Property

All Site content, including images, logos, and product designs, is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it without permission. By submitting content (e.g., reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it.

Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and share your data in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and RBI guidelines. By using the Site, you consent to data sharing with payment processors (e.g., Razorpay) for transaction processing, fraud prevention, and KYC. You waive DND/NCPR preferences for transactional communications.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

 As-Is Basis: The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation: Our liability is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, pandemics).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Site, breach of these Terms, or violation of laws.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian laws, with exclusive jurisdiction in courts of Pithoragarh / Delhi. Disputes will be resolved amicably; if unresolved, through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Miscellaneous

Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement.
