No Returns or Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if you simply change your mind, don’t like the color/style after receiving it, or order the wrong size. All sales are final in such cases.

Returns Accepted Only in These Cases (within 7 days of delivery) We gladly accept returns if the product is:

• Defective or damaged
• Wrong item sent
• Materially different from what was shown/described on the website (e.g., wrong color, fabric, design, or size mentioned incorrectly)
• → Time limit: You must inform us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Valid Returns

• Item must have original tags, labels, and packaging
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Refund Process

• Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will issue a full refund (including shipping charges paid by you, if any) within 5–7 business days.
• Refund will be processed to your original payment method.
